Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Transportation Management System (TMS) for a consulting position. As a Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the BlueYonder TMS solution. You will play a crucial role in understanding requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring successful TMS deployments.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the transportation team including BlueYonder consultants and internal business experts to gather requirements and analyze the transportation operations.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for configuring and customizing the TMS solution.
  • Configure and implement BlueYonder’s TMS software to meet business team’s needs, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation process.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on TMS functionality and usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to deliver successful TMS deployments.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in TMS technology and apply them to client projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) implementing and configuring BlueYonder’s Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation processes, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Experience working directly with clients, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Proficient in TMS configuration, including route optimization, carrier selection, mode selection, and load planning.
  • Solid understanding of data integration methods, such as API, EDI, and XML.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to Toronto for meetings and project implementations if working remotely.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of additional BlueYonder supply chain solutions, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Demand Planning.
  • Certifications in TMS or supply chain-related fields.

Job Description: As a Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and technical leadership in the implementation and optimization of the ESP product for our client. You will work closely with stakeholders, including supply chain planners, IT teams, and business leaders, to ensure the successful adoption of ESP and its alignment with business objectives. Your role will involve leveraging ESP’s key features, capabilities, and benefits to drive superior customer experiences, reduce costs, and enhance supply network optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and supply chain challenges.
  • Assess the current supply chain infrastructure and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning solutions that address specific client needs and deliver measurable results.
  • Integrate ESP with existing systems, such as SAP, to ensure planning transparency and data consistency.
  • Empower planners by providing training and support to enhance their productivity and effectiveness.
  • Configure and fine-tune ESP settings to achieve optimal results while considering constraints and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Blue Yonder’s ESP experts to leverage their patented optimization algorithms for rapid and accurate planning.
  • Create pre-built dashboards and reports to enable planners to review plans and scenarios across various dimensions.
  • Drive the adoption of ESP’s constraint-based scenario planning, network visibility, and integration capabilities.
  • Provide guidance on balancing global objectives, such as demand satisfaction, inventory management, distribution efficiency, and transportation cost.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of ESP implementation on service levels, costs, margins, and asset utilization.
  • Continuously review, analyze, and compare network supply plans to maximize customer experiences and protect profitability.
  • Ensure rapid recognition, response, and network re-optimization in the face of demand changes and supply disruptions.

Qualifications:
